It gives you immidiate view of availability of rooms and prevents you from overbooking. You can select any day in the grid and be informed about the guest, the duration of the stay and amount due for the guest.

When you make a reservation or checkin from the grid, you get this form where you enter the guest details and duration of the stay, plus eventually some notes.
The price is already filled in, but you can change it if you wish to do so.

You have easy access to the client´s invoice or invoices and you can settle the accounts with your clients in two currencies of your choice.

You set up prices based on room categories, and you may enter as many future prices as you want. The program will then pick the right price when you make a booking.
